Is it really as bad as everyone says? Don’t want to get stuck in line and miss the concert. Any tips appreciated on how and when to arrive to make sure we get through the ticket booth and security in time

No, this is a great venue to see a concert. There is free parking downtown and it costs $4 for a return bus ride. The venue itself is beautiful, with lots of friendly staff. Every assigned seat has a great view with the addition of 2 big screens. The acoustics are also excellent. We keep coming back. Don't let the negative comments deter you.
