We’ve been many times before. The animals were mostly out of the safari drive. The walk around part needs a little attention. Looking very dated and have many closed or empty enclosures. Positive th…Full review by Andy C

Lovely day out with my daughter on her birthday. I 100% recommend the bus ride. Great for the kids and adults too. Animals seem to be doing well, too.Full review by Ana Maria R
I'm thinking of taking my nephew in January. Will it be worth it- do the animals still come out in bad weather? I know the theme park isn't open but will there be anywhere to get food?

Hi there. I’m sure the park is open in January, check web site thou. Best time to see animals is 2pm-3pm. They bring the lions, elephants and tigers near to the lodges so they are quite close. Giraffes are normally good to look at all the time. This is via the walking safari not the drive through safari. You can get to the walking safari from the theme park near to the main restaurant (dinos diner I think) which is open. I haven’t driven through the drive safari for a while but would get there 11am-12pm, use the toilets then do the drive throu and walk in the park to see tigers etc. hope this helps.
Hi, if we come in to cars is there somewhere to park one vehicle in go around in one, also can children go around in your lap ?
A:
Sorry get it now yes you can park your car in the car park and go round in another car with a child on your lap as you aren’t driving on a public highway

Hi I’m sorry I didn’t answer before, I’ve only just seen your question. I would think you’d be ok in your convertible but just be aware giraffes, cows, deer rhino, zebras etc are quite inquisitive so may want to stick their heads in to see you. You can buy food to feed certain animals (deer are the best). This said there may be park rules about convertibles so you’d probably be best to ring them beforehand to make sure you can do the Safari in one. Hope this helps.
