Discover the secrets of the Second World War in the underground nerve centre where Churchill and his war cabinet lived and worked. All tickets include a free audio guide. Advanced booking recommended to guarantee entry. Take a moment to rest, relax, and refuel in The Switchboard Café during your visit, with food freshly prepared onsite each day using the finest seasonal ingredients. Our café, located in the historic room once used by switchboard operators during the Second World War, is open daily from 10am-5pm. During your visit browse our wide range of inspiring and unique gifts, from books, clothing, and accessories to vintage posters, homeware, toys, and souvenirs. All inspired by IWM's collections and the stories they tell.
