The Trump administration blocked The Associated Press from traveling with President Trump on Air Force One and also from covering an Oval Office event.

The White House says the Associated Press will be banned from the Oval Office and Air Force One over its refusal to use the term ‘Gulf of America.’

The feud, which the White House Correspondents’ Association has called a violation of the First Amendment and Trump’s own executive order on free speech, began Tuesday and stems from AP’s recent decision to ignore the president’s Day 1 order renaming the Gulf of Mexico the “Gulf of America.”
