With less than 100 days to go before Artscape kicks off the summer on Memorial Day Weekend, the mayor announced Friday some changes to the city’s favorite arts festival.

BALTIMORE -- The 2025 Artscape Festival is returning on Memorial Day Weekend, this time with a new location. The festival, which will take place May 24 - May 25, will take place in Downtown Baltimore - a shift from the usual tradition of hosting the festival throughout Mount Vernon, Station North, and Bolton Hill.
