The last time Jeff Bassa shared a field with Tyler Shough prior to this week, the Oregon linebacker was returning an interception for a touchdown to seal a win over the then-Texas Tech and former Ducks quarterback.

On paper, Dillon Gabriel’s resume reads like one that any NFL team would be intrigued by. The Oregon Ducks quarterback played in more games than any other QB in college football history, and he won 73 percent of his starts.

Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel, Jeff Bassa and Josh Conerly Jr. played in the Senior Bowl. Gabriel threw for 28 yards, Bassa had four tackles and Conerly saw time at left tackle for the National team in a 22-19 loss to the American team Saturday afternoon at Hancock Whitney Stadium.

Dillon Gabriel will pay homage to Oregon, Central Florida and Oklahoma with all three schools represented on his helmet for the Senior Bowl.
