The NBA decided to change the All-Star game format this year with a four-team mini-tournament in which TNT’s Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Shaquille O'Neal will have a draft and select three eight-man teams from the 24 All-Stars. The Rising Stars champion from Friday will be the fourth team.

Entering Monday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers, Booker needed just 23 points to surpass Walter Davis for the most points scored in Suns history. Davis accumulated 15,666 points throughout his 11-year career in Phoenix from 1977 to 1988.
