Houston police say a stolen vehicle led to a shooting between their officers and a suspect early Sunday morning.

Witnesses told police they overheard a conversation between the four men, with one of the suspects saying something along the lines of, “You don’t want it to go down like this.” They said that the same suspect then fired three shots into the ground before turning the gun on the victim.
