Air travel to and from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) is expected to become significantly more expensive, particularly for international business and first-class travelers.

Domestic airlines have opposed the proposed tariff hike charged at the national capital’s IGI Airport through a differential fee structure, citing the move as a “demand depressor”.
