The LSU men’s basketball team begins a week of road games starting Wednesday when the Tigers travel to Fayetteville to take on the University of Arkansas at Bud Walton Arena. The game is set for tipoff just after 8 p.

The last time LSU basketball faced Arkansas it beat the Razorbacks for its first Southeastern Conference win. Since then, the Tigers haven’t found a way to get into the win column but another matchup against the Razorbacks provided a sliver of hope.

In a game that carried significant postseason implications, Arkansas basketball delivered when it mattered most, securing a 70-58 victory over LSU at Bud Walton Arena. Led by a resurgent Zvonimir Ivisic, the Razorbacks avenged their earlier loss to the Tigers and strengthened their NCAA Tournament resume.
