Multiple states in the Great Lakes and Northeast are preparing for consecutive snow squall disturbances this week.

The worst of the snow is to impact interior New England states, but the storm track and strength are still uncertain.

Another winter storm has been forecast to impact the U.S. this weekend, with the potential to bring inclement weather from Texas and the Midwest to the Northeast.

Then a second wave of squalls derived from another Arctic front is expected to bring snow to states in the Great Lakes region, New England and northern mid-Atlantic states again on Wednesday.
