Once dark and dingy, the tunnel under Fall River's Government Center has been cleaned up, with more updates planned.

The 11-mile-long, one-way route climbs uphill from Horseshoe Park to Fall River Pass, while numerous switchbacks, primarily gravel terrain and an absence of guardrails keep the speed limit at 15 mph.
