The Vanguard Information Technology ETF gives investors diversified exposure to tech companies at a cheap price. The ARK Innovation ETF is less diversified and has a much higher expense ratio.

Technology stocks haven't been immune to this increased volatility, and many of the latest sell-offs have come from the sector. But avoiding tech investments entirely isn't the right move.
