May 8, 2021 · UPDATE: measured trigger on digital trigger scale at 6 pounds. Bottom line up front — it's great. I just dropped in the hammer, trigger and sear springs that come in the Falcon Arms "Trigger Pull Reduction Kit" on my DS Arms FAL and I feel it's $17.95 well spent.

Nov 1, 2024 · I realize the Spectre 9 is not the quietest option for me, but it would work for the intended purpose. Home defense rifle. I can't afford to feed 300 BO as a range toy. Truthfully, I need to get this out and shoot it with the Obsidian 9. I've yet to do that. Might very well work out fine (always have the option to add the additional baffle stack.)

Jan 31, 2025 · Original 11/9 bolts were all generally crap. I have an original that developed a crack at the breech face after what could have been more than a thousand rounds. The steel along the crack looks like crystals. I keep that hunk of..some kinda metal…around just in case I ever nee to return the gun to the configuration noted of the form 4.
