ASUS TUF X570 Stickers? : r/buildapc - Reddit
Aug 22, 2019 · I just bought an ASUS TUF X570 GAMING PLUS and it comes with something that looks like stickers (it says PCH FAN DECAL and BATTERY DECALS on it). Do I need to put these stickers on the motherboard or ar they just here for fun?
Need help reducing or turning off PCH fan speed on ASUS board.
Oct 24, 2021 · Check the Monitor section in the motherboard settings. There may be a setting to enable PCH fan control which should allow a custom fan curve using QFan.

Jun 7, 2021 · Many solutions have been tried, including modding the BIOS to enable editing the fan curve. This worked great until before BIOS version 3406 (AGESA 1.2.0.0) at which ASUS enforced only non-modded flashing for X570-I (X570-E and -F are not blocked yet). Sep 6, 2019 · I bought an Asus X570 Strix-F and I configured all my fans correctly to make them less noisy and keep the performance, but the PCH fan is still loud (3000 rpm usually with 41 degrees motherboard) and is completly audible without wearing headset.

May 12, 2012 · The PCH fan is the small fan on the chipset of the board. No its not necessary you enable the fan control for this or for any OPT fans. If you want to be able to control the speeds of them using bios then enable.

Jul 19, 2016 · PCH is the Platform controller hub which is usually on the bottom right where it's usually hidden away behind a GPU, at 44C it's not a problem at all it's when you get close to the 70-80C mark where you'll starting having issues.
