I feel like Sim City 4 Rush Hour is more realistic and a better game overall But Simcity 3000 Unlimited isn't far behind. It has slightly better music and nostalgia for me.

In 4 you start in a massive area consisting of several zones of different sizes with no cities, and you can play on each individually.

Dec 12, 2014 · It is better than 3000, yes! Be aware that SC4 is very unforgiving. And by unforgiving I mean the game outright hates your guts and wants to see you suffer. However it does it fairly. SimCity 4 is the best incarnation of the franchise. It's worth "the tenner." Though, I got my copy on sale for little less than $5 USD.
