So when 1900 would call dispatch, would you say: "dispatch , 1900"? or whatever the dispatch is referred to as in FHP. I know some agencies use the word "dispatch" or "county" or sometimes just the city name or whatnot.

So just between the gas money and the insurance costs, he's bringing home a lot more now. Plus his other agency didn't pay overtime.
