Taxpayers in the Wells Springs Unified Union School District may see little to no increases in their property taxes this year. Estimates shared with the WSUU School Board on Dec. 11 indicated that homestead property taxes would see a slight decrease in Wells and a slight increase in Middletown Springs in fiscal year 2026 if current numbers are accurate.
