I went out and bought the sony soundbar and connected my TV to the soundbar via (e)ARC and my Sky Q into HDMI 1 on the soundbar and i get sound out of the soundbar for sky, netflix, amazon prime and youtube but i can only get both speakers and headphones at the same time on youtube.

Dec 31, 2024 · In the universal remote delete the LG soundbar and run through it again, does it not give a device/profile selection on the remote button test, if no tell it the button test fails and then it might try another profile. Also replace the HDMI cable from the soundbar to the TV just in case something is wrong with it.
